Initial Health Consultation

Our work begins with a one-on-one initial session for 60 to 90 minutes, where we will get to know each other, explore your relationship with food and your body, and define your goals, so we can create a program that truly supports your journey.

Follow-up Sessions

Most of the work takes place in our 50-minute follow-up sessions, where I will provide tools and strategies to help you reach your goals, navigate obstacles, and turn difficult experiences into opportunities for learning and growth. Each follow-up session also includes handouts, useful tools, session notes, and ongoing email support to guide you between sessions.
