About Me

Health and wellness have always been an important part of my life. Growing up in Michigan and South Florida, I developed a love for movement through dance and tennis, and later earned my Bachelor of Science from Florida State University. I went on to work in financial marketing at Morgan Stanley in New York City, where I experienced firsthand the challenges of balancing a demanding career with health and well-being. Today, as a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist (LDN), I bring both professional expertise and personal experience to helping individuals create realistic, sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits that fit into their lives.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Integrative Clinical Nutrition from Notre Dame of Maryland University (formerly Maryland University of Integrative Health) and completed professional training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with an integrative, individualized perspective, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health. I work with both men and women to support their unique nutrition and wellness goals, with a particular interest in metabolic health, body composition, hormonal health, and overall well-being. Through personalized nutrition strategies, education, accountability, and ongoing support, I help clients navigate the challenges of making meaningful changes and build habits that are both effective and sustainable.

As a wife and mother of two, I understand firsthand the challenge of prioritizing health while balancing family, work, and the demands of everyday life. My family is my “why,” and that perspective shapes how I work with my clients, meeting them where they are, listening to their individual needs, and helping them discover their own “why.” Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exercising, playing tennis, traveling, cooking, reading, and volunteering.
